SPECIAL BRIEFING:

2:15 p.m. Andrew S. Natsios, Administrator to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Michael McKinley, Deputy Assistant Secretary for the State Departmentís Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration will brief the press on-camera, on-the-record on humanitarian assistance into Afghanistan.  They will also discuss the impact of food deliveries into Afghanistan and the recent opening of the Friendship Bridge in Uzbekistan.  The briefing will be held in the Department of Stateís Press Briefing Room, room 2209.
