SPECIAL BRIEFING:
10:00 a.m.   Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will deliver opening remarks for the release of
The President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) 2009 Annual Report to Congress.  Following Secretary Rice's remarks, Ambassador Mark Dybul, U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, will address the press corps and respond to questions.  This briefing will be on camera, on-the-record and will take place in the U.S. Department of State Press Briefing Room (room 2209).
NOTE:  Embargoed copies of the report on CD-ROM will be available in the U.S. Department of State Press Office (room 2109).
