Sino-U.S. Human Rights Talks (Taken Question)

 Question: When and where will the Sino-U.S. Human Rights talks be held?

Answer: The talks will be held on October 9-11 at the State Department in Washington. The U.S. delegation will be headed by Lorne Craner, Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor. The Chinese delegation will be headed by Li Baodong, Director General for International Organizations and Conferences, of the PRC Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
