National Foreign Policy Conference For Leaders of Nongovernmental Organizations Friday, October 26, 2001

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will address the National Foreign Policy Conference for Leaders of Nongovernmental Organizations on Friday, October 26, at the Department of State. Secretary Powell will speak at 9:00 a.m. in the Loy Henderson Conference Room. Other senior State Department officials will also address the Conference throughout the day. All remarks by these officials are open for press coverage.
