Ambassador to Greece Thomas Miller's Remarks on Terrorism

Question:  Do you have any reaction to Ambassador Miller's remarks about "November 17" and his reportedly challenging Greece to arrest terrorists?

Answer: We appreciate Greece's support in the fight against terrorism and have welcomed Greece's condemnation of the September 11 attacks.  The United States cooperates closely with the Greek government to support its counterterrorism efforts, particularly against the terrorist group "November 17," while fully respecting Greek sovereignty and authority.
