Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to Address 2006 Global Travel and Tourism Summit

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will address the 2006 Global Travel and Tourism Summit, during the breakfast session, on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at 7:30 a.m. The event will take place at the Washington Convention Center (L Street North Entrance), Washington, D.C.

This event is pool press coverage for television cameras and open press coverage for writers and still photographers. All press must register at the media check in area in the L Street Concourse upon arrival.

Check in for writers and still photographers begins at 6:00 a.m.
Final access for all press is 7:00 a.m.

Media representatives may attend this event upon presentation of one of the following: (1) a U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification (driverís license or passport).
