Secretary Rice To Make Announcement Regarding Michelle Kwan

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will make an announcement regarding figure skating champion Michelle Kwan on Thursday, November 9, 2006, at 4:00 p.m. in the Treaty Room of the U.S. Department of State.

Secretary Rice, Under Secretary of State Karen Hughes and Ms. Kwan will deliver brief remarks at the event.

This event is open for press coverage.
