Ambassador James Foley, Senior Coordinator on Iraqi Refugee Issues, and Ms. Lori Scialabba, Senior Advisor on Iraqi Refugee Issues at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), will brief the press on their recent trip to the region and its results.
