Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to Address The James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy, Rice University

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will travel to Houston, Texas on November 13 to speak at the 15th Anniversary Gala of the The Baker Institute at Rice University. Secretary Rice will deliver the keynote remarks offering an overview of U.S. foreign policy. The event will be held outside of James A. Baker Hall on the Rice University campus. The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. CST.

A pool feed will be provided for television and radio reporters. Media check-in begins at 6:30 p.m. There will be a designated area in the tent for reporters.
