Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to Participate in Palestinian Business and Investment Forum

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will deliver remarks at the Palestinian Business and Investment Forum on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 8:45 a.m. at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, 1615 H Street NW, Washington, DC.

The Palestinian Business and Investment Forum, which will also include an address by Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, will explore specific investment opportunities in sectors that include information and communication technology, agribusiness and pharmaceuticals. The Forum will highlight unique investment opportunities in the West Bank economy and is being co-hosted by the U.S.-Palestinian Partnership, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Palestinian Private Sector Coordinating Council, and the Palestinian American Chamber of Commerce.
