Secretary Rice meets with King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice traveled to Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the United Arab Emirates for consultations with leaders on a broad array of bilateral and regional issues. While in the United Arab Emirates, the Secretary met with representatives of the Gulf Cooperation Council to further strengthen regional cooperation. Throughout her trip, the Secretary discussed efforts to advance the President's Freedom Agenda for the Middle East, as well as the strategic challenge to the world represented by the Iranian regime.
